We are utilizing the system for both Payroll and HR processes.
- Ease of reporting
- Ease of final processing in payroll
- Ease of putting in cases
- Customer service return time
- Customer service responses are not clear and sometimes cases are closed prior to being resolved
- Implementation was not processed properly with long term thoughts. The team did not give us total guidance on proper set up. We are now having to clean up and work backwards to fix what is not correct.

- ADP,Paylocity
We selected UP to integrate our HR system and multiple payroll systems. Some features the previous companies do, UP is not capable of (i.e. future dating).
