Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We are a distributed company with facilities in several states in the US. We needed a solution that provided ease of use, great reporting and web-based access in a highly secured environment. We needed a solution that a very lean organization could manage and support. UltiPro provided all that and more.
Pros
- Ultimate puts the power in the client's hands. Each client can choose how much or how little of the solution to leverage in their business.
- Ultimate has a support model that has worked very well for us. The Customer Success Portal is a valuable tool that gives us access to resources including each other, other clients facing the same business issues. The community of users are true collaborators and contributors to the each other's success of us all. Our Named Service Representative have been excellent and have really gotten to know how we use the solutions.
- They LISTEN to their clients. Ultimate provides many forums for feedback and input. They use clients to help design and evaluate work under development.
Cons
- UltiPro could be improved with more seamless integration with 3rd party modules like UTA.
- UltiPro really needs to tackle and embrace the mobile world our workforce insists upon. Employees should be able to login first time, every time from a mobile device like their smartphone. Every module needs to be smartphone friendly since that is the single, most frequent access to the web for all of our employees.
- UltiPro needs to balance the end user experience with the needs of the centralized administrator. Some web functionality needs more streamlined access, like adding deductions or enrolling in /assigning compulsory training

UltiPro provides us with a stable platform, true configurability and strong business intelligence tool set at a cost effective price point.
