Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use Ultimate Software for all of our HR needs including payroll, tax and onboarding. It is simply being used in my department as of right now. We hope to open up access to all employees to view their payroll and HR histories on an individual basis.

  • Ease of Payroll
  • Federal, State and Local taxation.
  • Business Intelligence is incredibly hard to navigate.
  • Report building could be a lot more streamlined
I work in a small company that rolls up into a much larger company, so Ultimate Software is an appropriate choice for my company. However, Ultimate products are designed for large (200+ team members) companies.
