Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We have used it at my current employer since 2012 and it seems to be well regarded by managers and employees.
HR uses UltiPro for payroll, HRIS, time management and recruiting. Our other departments have access to it for time management and reviewing of applications from candidates.
  • It is user-friendly for our HR team, department managers and our employees.
  • The support team is always very prompt and helpful in responding to questions or concerns.
  • The educational tools are useful to ensure adequate familiarization with the capabilities of the system.
  • We had started using UltiPro at my previous employer in January 2014 and it seemed that, whenever updates were made to the system, that other undesired changes would occur in employee records. In retrospect, I think my previous company may not have purchased all the bells and whistles it needed for the size of organization we were.
It was very user-friendly.
I think UltiPro is more suited to a workforce comprised of employees who are more computer-savvy than at my previous employer in the hospitality industry.
