Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

They call you quickly after putting in a support ticket. Never have I had a situation that was not resolved immediately.
Ultipro is being used in payroll and human resources. Employees are able to access Ultipro via the portal to look at pay and personnel information.
  • Customer service and support is outstanding.
  • Created a custom report for 401k reporting.
  • Tax reporting is a breeze.
  • Business intelligence report writing could be a little more user friendly.
  • Password requirements for the portal are a little to complex. I find myself resetting employee passwords constantly.
  • Self-taught
UltiPro is well suited for payroll and tax reporting.
