Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

I give UltiPro a 10 because they have solved all of my issues and questions right away.
We use UltiPro for our onboarding process for new hires, payroll, reviews, open enrollment and will soon be using it for life events. UltiPro is mainly used in our HR Department and our Payroll Department. It helps us to reach budget goals and run thorough reports throughout the year. We are able to run great Cognos reports for auditing purposes. We Love IT!

  • They are always updating their systems to make it easier to use.
  • Printing documents/pay checks on the employee portal - you have to print one by one, it's time consuming.

Great, they have a huge portal for all training material and classes you can participate in.
Great we had someone come out for our end of year process and they gave us awesome ideas and materials to help with every year end process!
It is well suited for our company - works great!
