UltiPro provides excellent day to day support. We are given a customer relationship manager as well as a specific, assigned representative for everyday needs. When the need is module specific, the representative who responds is extremely knowledgeable in their particular area of expertise and works to find a quick solution to the problem. When we engage in larger projects or new module implementations the project manager and implementation specialists have consistently gone above and beyond to assist us and ensure a successful implementation.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UltiPro is used by our entire organization for all human resources and payroll needs. Employees use the self-service web portal for access to their personal information, pay and time keeping information, benefits open enrollment, career development and training, performance management, and for internal job posting purposes. Managers use the system as hiring managers and as needed to access information on their direct reports, conduct performance appraisals, and to manage employment and payroll changes. The human resource and finance departments use UltiPro to manage all the HR and payroll processes that are essential to efficient and paperless functioning. UltiPro provides access to every aspect of an employee's cycle in an organization beginning from recruitment, to hiring, and for various needs throughout their employment.

Pros and Cons

The ability to automate employee personal changes is excellent. Employees can update their address, or phone number, access pay stubs, tax documents, previous performance reviews etc., at their convenience with an easy self-service portal. This eliminates the need to process paper or for an employee to be directly at the same location with Human Resources.
UltiPro's recruitment and onboarding functions provide an extremely efficient paperless process for the recruitment to hiring cycle.
The Time Management product is excellent.
The Talent Management function is excellent and extremely valuable to our organization.

UltiPro is great. I would like the ability to customize the Performance Management product a bit more to meet our companies needs.

Likelihood to Recommend

UltiPro is an excellent resource for a company's HRIS needs. As a client, in addition to the basic HR and payroll functions, you have the ability to add various modules and products to your contract so that all information can be in one place and it eliminates the need to use multiple systems to maintain and transfer data.
