Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro provides a number of ways to get support. You have your dedicated Account Manager who you can utilize for day to day questions, comments, or concerns; along with a Rapid Response Team that is available 24/7 for those immediate needs. You also have the customer success portal that allows you to research items on your own or submit a ticket to a specific department to get back to you at a convenient time.
UltiPro has be a great asset to help us streamline processes and procedures. We use UltiPro Recruitment, Onboarding, Time Management and Core. Since using UltiPro we have been able to cut the amount of time spent on applicant tracking and onboarding in half. Additionally, UltiPro's reporting tools have saved us countless hours previously spent on gathering data for required compliance reporting.
  • Reporting tools allow you to quickly summarize employee data to be reviewed. Has saved countless hours spent on required compliance reporting.
  • Onboarding has minimized the amount of time and errors that we used to see on manual paperwork.
  • Customization! UltiPro allows you to customize almost everything to fit your company's needs.
  • Due to benefit deduction setup restrictions we are not able to use all the features available. I hope for more flexibility in the future.
  • Compatibility is limited to certain versions of Windows/browsers.
  • Would like to see a security customization on the E-Verify piece, separate from the rest of Onboarding.

The online training is fantastic! It allows you to take classes in a online classroom or through prerecorded presentations. They have a number of types of training to help you learn in a way that best suits each individual. Classes can range from short Quick Casts to longer instructor lead presentations with follow along activities.
UltiPro works best with a population that is used to computers. While it is very user friendly and you have a lot of ability to "lock" down certain pieces so that employees only see what they need to see, it can be overwhelming to those who don't have a lot of computer experience.
