Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use payroll and benefits across the whole firm (attorneys and staff). We use onboarding and recruiting for our staff only.
  • Allowing for use for combining the different functionality of time and attendance with payroll
  • Easy access and setup of open enrollment on the backend as well as for the employees
  • Quick response to troubleshooting and resolving our issues
  • Simplifying access to documentation in the library.
We have been somewhat happy with Ultimate Software and are not at the present time looking into another product. There are upcoming products out there such as Workday that is rumored to be just as efficient as UltiPro. Right now the cost is also a big factor in staying with Ultimate Software.
When considering UltiPro, ask about access and setup and implications of transferring from one system to another.

Ultimate Software did the initial implementation but there were issues so we hired D&E Consulting Solutions

UltiPro Training

There is limited ability to interact with the instructor if you have questions or are experiencing an issue. People learn at different speeds, so it is harder to gage if everyone is learning when you can't physically interact with them. Also, there is a hard stop for the length of the class (i.e., 4 hour class will immediately end at the end of the session). I attended several classroom training sessions in your Ft. Lauderdale facility and the experience was great. Was able to retain 95% of what I was taught because of the interactions I had with my instructor. He was able to show me in detail what I was doing incorrectly and also tips and trick to making my job easier.
