Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro as our HRIS and Payroll system. We also use the Time Management and Benefits Administration modules. It is being used across our company, by all levels of employees from entry level to senior management.
We provide accurate and timely reporting to all areas of the company for employee management, financial analysis, regulatory reporting, etc. using the BI feature of UltiPro.
Our employees are able to submit changes to their personal information using the employee self service feature to ensure their personal information is kept up-to-date.

Pros
- Payroll administration is very accruate and straightforward. Paying employees accurately and on-time is a critical factor in employee satisfaction and retention.
- The Time Management function allows employees to track their time to make sure they are paid correctly and allows employees to submit their time off requests from any location and any time. This means that they can submit their requests while they are actually making plans.
- Managers are able to view the job information for the employees that report to them through the use of the Mangers' Self Service feature. The managers have access to this information when they need it.
- The customer service and support provided by Ultimate software is excellent. Their staff really cares about their customers and it shows through their interactions and follow-up. The Ultimate folks are always willing to go the extra mile!
- The training features are very good with UltiPro. They are truly invested in educating their customers on the functionality of the product(s) as well as changes in required reporting (ACA).
Cons
- The functionality of the time management module has improved over the past year or so, but I would like to see that growth continue. Currently our managers can only see terminated employees for 30 days; I would prefer for the access to continue
