We use it across the whole organization to maintain backups of all of our on-premises systems.

Pros and Cons

I can't think of anything that it does particularly well.

Better explanations of the various backup types.
More and better documentation in general.
More guided configuration, for people who don't have a lot of time to devote to it or who are not experts.
More context-sensitive help, documentation, and assistance.
More flexibility when migrating content to a new appliance during an upgrade.
The ability to tune the SLA options so that backups aren't running all during the day.

I don't know how to answer this question. It seems like any time I try anything new with Unitrends, I encounter some significant limitation, or problem, or both. I had an issue during the migration to our last new appliance that literally took Unitrends Support five months to resolve.
