Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
My organization uses Vantage Circle as part of employee rewards and recognition. Points are awarded for various awards, activities, and other things. These points can then been redeemed by the employee to purchase gift vouchers across a variety of applications such as apparel, dining, travel, lifestyle, etc. And these points don't expire, unless the employee leaves the organization.
- Excellent catalogue of vouchers to choose from. You'll be spoilt for choice :)
- Easy redemption
- Very user-friendly interface
- Ability to view the points statement at all times
- A few more vendors could be added for vouchers, for eg. Ajio
- Should allow transfer of vantage points among employees within the organization
- Cash redemption should be allowed
- Points statement

- Easy process for rewards
- Easing of load on the HR team
