Overall Satisfaction with Varicent

Varicent SPM or compensation calculation is used for multiple sales channels. Compensation is calculated for various products that our organization offers to its customers. We also use the Presenter Adaptive to create dashboards for Payees and data visualization. Payees can log in to the application to view their commissions and have a breakdown of every dollar paid to them.

I have been using Varicent for about 2+ years now. The overall usability is really good. The Ease of Use color combinations are eye-catching and make the user experience smooth. The reason for not giving a 10 point is that my organization stresses more on the accessibility standard, and we haven't reached that standard yet.
Varicent has always given good recommendations on how to improve the performance of our existing calculations. They provided an exhaustive list of various calculations that need to be split/modified which will help improve the calculation timings. We recently implemented a few of their suggestions and have seen a decent improvement in calculation run times.
The Compensation management is scalable. We recently attended the RUG in Toronto. We were educated about the other tools and the connectivity of Varicent's tools with other products in the industry. For example, the ELT tool can import data from multiple tools available in the market - sales force, workdays, and DBs, to name a few.

Varicent SPM is user-friendly and one of the best incentive/compensation tools available in the market. My organization has been using the ICM / SPM tool for more than 5 years, and they have really good feedback on the product. They have been investing heavily in modernizing their tool in a timely manner.
