Varicent is easy to navigate and use. I have been extremely satisfied with how I can track everything each month and for the previous month through Varicent. My sales have increased because of the motivation that Varicent shows when I log in daily to look at how I have been performing.

Varicent always provides exceptional support when tracking my paycheck for each month. Without it, I would be working blindly and the motivation to hit a new tier or to increase my check would be much lower. I am also excited to see what Varicent shows me the next day and week.

Scalability

This part of Varicent is the main part of what I use it for. It has been great for me to see how the rest of the month is on track for my paycheck. I need to see this daily to get me into the sales mindset and begin the day.

I believe Varicent does an overall excellent job of allowing each individual to track their progress in sales. It is easy to separate my sales by dates or types so I can easily calculate if I am being paid correctly. I wish it were easier to save my information so I would not have to choose my department and name each time.
