Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

I felt actual business user experience was lacking. There are so many parts to the system that required a level of expertise that was not readily available. Much of it, I had to try and figure out on my own and most of it, unsuccessfully. However, I adore [K...] and she has bailed me out many times. More written documentation of setting up reference tables would be helpful (examples) of how other customers used the multiple drop downs
Full claims suite that includes compliance processing, correspondence and document management. This allows us to cut out several vendors to manage document processing and compliance.

Very general high level training. I have not had the time to schedule much in depth. There is very little on module training. Would like to see more
