Overall Satisfaction with Verint Survey Management

We use the Survey Management platform with internal and external customers. We benchmark new teams coming into the quality program as well as using it for strategic company initiatives.

  • Reporting and exporting for analysis
  • Dashboards with Tableau
  • Additional capabilities in case management exporting for a single user to schedule reporting.
  • Allow the ability to set case properties based on surveys.
  • Assist with trend identification which lead to cost reduction
