Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

Created a consistent staffing model throughout our branches, helped show where the staffing gaps were, and helped with decisions on how to fill those gaps.

There was one other one, but I can't recall the name right now. At the time Verint was chosen, we considered ourselves as retail operations instead of branch operations and were very interested in how to staff the PT and FT mix.

Since we have various locations that are unique in customer base as well as customer needs, Verint was able to help distinguish these areas for us and focus on staffing based on those needs
We have not used mobile application
When we first created floater positions, Verint Workforce Management helped show us where the gaps in staffing would be and we were able to fill those gaps with a floater.
