Vertex O Series On-Demand provides live-time update so no manual update needed. Consultants are very knowledgeable and helpful. They make suggestions and point out areas that we need to pay attention to.
I also like the fact that Vertex offers the needs for leasing companies as well. Tax rule and matrix set up are also very important to us as well.
