Viewpoint Spectrum is used in our corporate office for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources. We have been a Viewpoint Spectrum user since 2014. Viewpoint Spectrum is well suited for all levels of accounts payable from date entry to invoice approval. It is consistent and allows for memos and notes and document imaging. Viewpoint Spectrum is less appropriate for some payroll situations. We use an outside source to digitally send paycheck information to customers.
