Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Vista

Personally I use Vista daily, I do Human Resources and Payroll so a lot of my job functions out of Vista. Vista has come a long way with their updates and functionality. One of the best parts of Vista is the Knowledge Base, typically I can find answers to the issues I run into with the knowledge base and not have to create a case. The knowledge bases' are in depth and provide step by step with screen shots on how to correct an issue. Even when a case is created, I have never ran into a specialist who is not friendly and helpful!

Integration and the cloud make using Vista so easy to use anywhere. It is nice that Vista is a place that will store and save what someone is working on so others across the company can see what has been done and what has been saved and give the most recent updates.

It is well suited on the Human Resources aspects - being able to keep everything one one employee in one spot. Such as, salary histories, training histories, discipline, the capability to be paperless by having attachment lister. It eliminates having to have multiple places for HR Documents, you can also secure attachments where certain people only have access.
