Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events (formerly Socio)

Webex Events has been a valuable tool for the non-profit organization I work for. This program has elevated our company-wide training conferences, with over 3,000 attendees having access to our company app displaying all the resources they need to be prepared and set up for success. The platform allows for easy communication to all attendees through the app and making the event navigation easy. In the past, it was a challenge to share resources with attendees, but Webex Events is a solution to this, as we can now have resources conveniently available on the app.

The Webinar experience from Zoom to Webex Events is a night and day difference. With Zoom our team would experience glitching and delays in audio/video, whereas with Webex Events, we would not. The only delay would be in the chat, as it would need time to catch up by a few minutes.

Overall this platform is easy to use and users within our organization enjoy it. The ability to structure out the tools/layout makes it a seamless process to communicate with our 3,000+ staff. The best part of this platform is the Webinar features, making it easy to promote sponsorships.
