Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use it for everyday interactions internal and external. Webex allows for us to connect with anyone anywhere in the world... there is no need to all be in the same room anymore.

  • Increased availability.

Webex is suited for all different scenarios - 1:1 meetings or even larger meetings. Of course meetings would not work for event type scenarios, but that is why there are Events.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Honestly Zoom and Webex are very similar in many ways, and Microsoft is up and coming. I feel that Webex is still the heavy weight here with the time it has been on the market.
