Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings is a great meeting tool for internal as well as client communication calls. It has a desktop app as well as a mobile application that really helps when we are away from the desk and need to attend quick meetings. It also has screen sharing and remote access sharing which can be very helpful in case of remote debugging and design sharing.

Webex Meetings, in my opinion, is very well suited if you want to host meetings with loads of people as it has some really good features, such as access control, user-based permissions, controlling mic, etc. I have also noticed when people are across different continents, it still manages to work smoothly.
