Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use it across the organization to be refunded for general expenses: team events, courses, travel expenses (outside COVID times, I imagine, as this one I have never personally used) and other general perks (such as being refunded for glasses, as they're part of what we need to work) and equipment to work from home.
  • It's a way to do it all in a platform.
  • You can keep track of each refund individually.
  • It's not very user friendly.
  • Not all features are integrated: when you upload an invoice or receipt it still needs to be manually attached to your claim. That makes the process longer and more confusing.
  • I couldn't answer that, since I don't have access to this info.
As previously stated, it's not very user friendly. You have to create the claim and upload the reports individually and having them "merged" in the same process is always tiresome and troublesome, so a new flow is definitely in order, I'd say.
For me it works, it really does what I need, but the usability really complicates the experience.

Do you think Webexpenses delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Webexpenses's feature set?

Yes

Did Webexpenses live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Webexpenses go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Webexpenses again?

Yes

All the scenarios I listed as being used in my company are good ones to use Webexpenses, I don't believe the scenario is the issue. The biggest problem is the platform not being that user friendly and helping the user to do things in a simpler way, which could be achieved, for example, by creating a unified flow.
