Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

I work in Sales, and it's part of my role to undertake a high volume of calls. Wingman enables me to be fully involved with my prospect for the duration of the call; I don't have to worry about taking notes as Wingman does that for me; also, if the client shares anything during the call, I don't need to ask for them to follow up and provide the information as it's all in the recording.
  • The transcript.
  • The screen recording.
  • letting me know if I've talked to much on a call.
  • Not to be so prominent on the actual call, a small logo would be fine.
  • Have the ability to change the man, some clients laugh at something called Wingman.
  • Easier to export screen grabs.
  • It's made me more confident on a call, because if I forget something it doesn't matter.
  • It's enabled me to be more concise in my follow-up's referring to specific points from the call.
  • It's provided some absolute gems when clients have shared media plans showing competitors etc.
I haven't really used any other products like wingman.

Yes

It's suited to New Business calls when you need to make an impact and be fully focused rather than having to worry about taking notes. Not so much to existing relationship calls, when finer details are still important, but less so than when you are trying to win new business.
