Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We used to invite Wingman to all calls within the company. - For internal calls, it was a good addition to training sessions so that people could refer back to the training in the future - For client calls, wingman was quite useful as we could rewatch the video and understand more details about client needs, our performance as Sales reps, and be able to share the video with coworkers/managers.

  • Playback available any time
  • Easy to navigate website and tool
  • Speech to text transcript was not accurate
  • Sometimes recording was unavailable or took a long time to become available
  • At times the playback audio quality was really bad, and almost useless
  • Better coaching of new employees
  • Performance growth as employees could rewatch their pitch and improve it further
  • Improved sales

Well suited for training sessions and client calls. Not so well suited for sensitive (for example HR calls) where you don't want people to have access to your call.
