Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Our entire organization is deploying WorkFront for work management. It allows us to implement consistent business processes and iterative process improvement. Generally it has been a very flexible platform for development and customization. It is complex and does have a steep learning curve. However, the support during launch has been very good.
- Organizes projects in one central location making it available to all customers across our enterprise
- Helps streamline and prioritize our projects
- Helps track resources and plan resource utilization through reporting
- Detailed customizable reporting
- Need more agile capabilities
- Ability to do code reviews for developers
- It has given us some ability to manage our workflows. We are currently visiting with a consultant to improve our use of the overall tool.
Has more robust agile methodology tools than workfront currently. Although we are looking to workfornt to give us a one tool solution.
