Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our entire organization is deploying WorkFront for work management. It allows us to implement consistent business processes and iterative process improvement. Generally it has been a very flexible platform for development and customization. It is complex and does have a steep learning curve. However, the support during launch has been very good.

It has given us some ability to manage our workflows. We are currently visiting with a consultant to improve our use of the overall tool.

Alternatives Considered

Has more robust agile methodology tools than workfront currently. Although we are looking to workfornt to give us a one tool solution.

Workfront is well suited for anyone who has a large variety of projects that need to be managed across the enterprise. It also allows for reporting to track efficiency and look for potential improvement. It also gives companies the ability to track projects separate from issues.

Great product
