Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We use WorkFront across departments. It has solved visibility issues, collaboration issues, capacity planning concerns, inability to get real data/reporting we used to have, etc.

Pros
- Customer Service is fantastic
- Always enhancing the program
- Great networking among other Workfront users
Cons
- Easier to implement bigger pieces of WorkFront post launch such as capacity/resource management or diving into agile. Adding a large piece like this many years later is a little tougher, doable, but a little challenging to get a new big piece introduced.
- Huge positive impact. We have been able to standardize Workflows, report in real time, reduce late projects, manage resources, collaborate, ETC. I can't imagine not having it.
They have fantastic customer support, constant upgrades to make the experience better, and a great team overall.
Customer service is fantastic, tool has been great. Can't say much better.
