Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Manage all requests and projects coming into and out of creative services and networks. Workfront address our need to track hours and show where additional resources may be needed or where we may be over allocated.
- Initial setup and implementation. We had a research person who came on site to investigate our process and team, and then formulated our workflow for the system. Corey my buildout consultant at the time was phenomenal. They have good people on staff who really want the best for your team.
- Customer support has been amazing.
- Community - a worldwide network of users who are open to sharing and collaborating on best practices.
- There tend to be glitches weekly where there are hangups. As soon as something goes down, as the admin I get an email from workfront and then my inbox fills up with users pointing out the issue. might be good to put the glitch report as a notification system wide.
