Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We've been using Workfront since the start of 2017 within our Marketing department with outside departments brought in as requestors/reviewers. It's provided us with tremendous visibility in the status of our projects as well as helping us realize how inefficient our existing processes can be. We're beginning to use the reports and analytics to understand where we can improve and measure those improvements.
  • Very easy task management
  • Great collaborative review and proofing
  • Easy to develop workflow templates and implementation
  • It would have helped to know up front how much project management and system admin time it would require.
  • Better review and approval processes
  • Transparency in project status
  • Giving us a better sense of how much time projects actually take
Far better, outstanding integration and ongoing development and improvement
High volume of projects, dispersed review and approval processes (multiple departments, offices), when there's a need for efficiency improvements
Not suitable for small teams that have limited admin or PM resources
