Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- Centralize projects in one solution
- Manage digital work processes
- Review and approve digital work
- Deliver client-facing services
- Govern compliance workflows
- Instead of cataloguing work requests or service requests through email or outlook where they were easily lost, we would intake all the requests and approvals on work front to communicate more effectively with supervisors, transactors and clients.
- Manage access as well as setup of new users
- Track time spent on tasks and track costs as well as create new strategies/ evaluate current processes
- Training tool to track current processes as well as track accountability
Pros
- Setting up reminders of deadlines
- Creating bulk tasks, recurring tasks or the ability to copy tasks helps to reduce time for management
- The customization allowed, as well as Work front's continued discussion with customers continuously improves the site.
Cons
- Further customizations, such as not only limiting the amount of notification emails but being able to customize the content of the notification emails when they're sent out.
- Adding inventory or intake forms, so users can input and track different data within Work front as they receive requests
- Recent surveys on customer satisfaction have greatly increased.
- Employee morale increased and turnover decreased now that employees can see and better manage their workload.
Team collaboration has received a huge boost now that management is better able to evaluate and refine processes across departments, not only does this make the processes more streamlined and easier for supervisors to reevaluate effectiveness, but it also allows for team members to work alongside one another and eases training.
