Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • I find that it is easy to add documents to a task or project.
  • Ease of reporting time to the minute.
  • Highlights the overall progress of a project.
  • Easier to use.
  • Clear and intuitive paths.
  • A better help section.
  • It is more time consuming for customers and staff to create a ticket to ITS.
We have had several ticket tracking systems. They are all about the same.

As a ticket tracker it is cumbersome because it is so granular. If you are looking for a quick and easy way for users to put in tickets this isn't it.

This would be helpful if you had to be very detailed in your assessment of any task.
