We use Workvivo as an extremely important tool to connect within the organization. It has been instrumental for us in staying connected with one another. The best feature according to me would be that we can send accolades and appreciate the great work that our peers are doing. This is the single biggest factor in keeping people motivated in a challenging virtual environment.
