Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Our communications office is an agency for the university's colleges, departments, and units. As we intake a wide variety of marketing projects, our project managers use Wrike to outline deadlines and keep our team of writers, designers, videographers, and others on track.
Pros
- Offers several ways to view tasks depending on what's most helpful to you
- A lot of crossover functionalities with other tools (@ mention people, command K to hyperlink, etc.)
Cons
- It's easy to get lost in Wrike because of the volume of information and also the variety of ways that information can be displayed.
- The Wrike desktop app is slow and takes up a lot of memory.
- There is a delay between the time updates are sent and the time Wrike sends an email with those updates.
- We missed a few internal deadlines in the early stages of using Wrike as we were still figuring out how it works.
- However, once we figured it out, Wrike played an integral role in helping us manage more projects than ever (and earn more profits than ever).
