Overall it is a great platform and quite comprehensive for US based users.
However, if we focus on multinational companies that want to integrate the information of different companies in several countries within the same solution, we find the need to carry out reports outside the platform to provide the accounting structure and compliance necessary in countries outside the US.

Return on Investment

The generality is absolutely positive on the type of company suitable for the platform.
Having a web-based solution makes it available to users all the time.
It is quite intuitive to use and friendly for the most intensive users of information capture or analysis.

Alternatives Considered

QuickBooks Online

Within the range of solutions in which it is compared, which for us would be highly customizable web solutions, we find that this is the best option.

This also includes having flexible hiring plans at reasonable prices for any type of company size.

Additionally, the brand has a general acceptance with our clients so it is easy to recommend it for use.

Usability

In our experience it is always available and if it has any maintenance we are notified in advance and they are even imperceptible for our operation.

The flexibility of having access to your information from virtually any device and anywhere is highly valued by us.

We also appreciate the continuous improvement in the functionalities and new options available.

Cloud Costs

Before using the platform, our operation consisted of capturing the system from the computer at the client's facilities, backing up the information and sending it to our offices to continue processing, even sometimes the shipment was physically by the large file size. All those involved are always in constant communication to know which was the most up-to-date backup. A headache without a doubt.

Now this is completely overcome with the implementation of this platform, and we can carry out several processes simultaneously without fear of compromising the information.

Ease of Integration

The total implementation process with a new company for an experienced user is even less than a week. In addition to this, training a novice user to use this solution is relatively simple and you can continue to learn how to use it as you go.

It works wonderfully in companies with a regular operation in which several people are users of the information; either from who feeds the information by capturing analysis or auditing users or only the management and direction that interprets the figures for their decision making.

Where it is least suitable is for extremely large companies with particular or very detailed needs.
