Overall Satisfaction with Zift Solutions Through Partner Marketing Automation (TPMA)

I used the premade email templates by customizing them to have my company's headers and content. Also used their email blast feature which does a terrific job of allowing me to create distribution lists and it summarizes the results of the email blasts. Such as who opened, clicked, bounced, etc. My company uses the CRM Zoho which is limited to how many emails it can send and options for creating templates.

  • The interface is a little confusing at times

  • Good support when I got stuck which is important in meeting timelines.
  • Able to share results with Management to show lack of or increase in viewership.
Not better or worse since I used iContact with Salesforce which it can integrate with. Using Zoho now which doesn't integrate with many TPMA's.

When you need some sample templates to use, and have many distribution lists, it's (Zift Solutions TPMA) is well suited to provide you with all of the above including good summary results.
