Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
We are using ZipRecruiter throughout the whole organization and we have a 10 job slot package to recruit for a company with about 1,000 employees. We use it for employment advertising and posting open positions. We first started using ZipRecruiter in 2015 after a free-trial offer and found that it generates the candidates needed to fill certain hard to fill specialty positions. We found that it works great for positions in building maintenance and other skilled positions.
- Filtering the right candidates.
- Views of job postings from potential candidates.
- Candidate export function.
- Account rep is always changing.
- Texting ability.
- Less mail ads to customers that already have ZipRecruiter.
- Reposting to 100s of other job boards.
- Candidate targeting.
- Ease of use for candidates.
- Filling hard-to-fill positions.
- Lower cost employment advertising than CareerBuilder.
- Effective advertising for cost.
ZipRecruiter is cheaper than CareerBuilder but more expensive than Indeed.com and LinkedIn Jobs. I only use the free feature of Indeed since Indeed.com's pay per click model did not work for our company and was the most expensive option. I feel that out of all 4, LinkedIn is the least effective, then CareerBuilder, then Indeed.com, our own job board on our company website then ZipRecruiter.
