Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
All users have the Zix client installed. We use it to protect against accidental release of critical information.
- Ease of use
- Auto encryption of HIPAA or other sensitive information
- ZIX to ZIX email always encrypted
- None off hand
- Ease of use for end users.
- Easy to secure your sensitive data that needs to be emailed out of your organization.
- The only complaint that I have is when emails go to non Zix users, they complain about having to create accounts to be able to view the mail that they have received.
Cost vs. features of the product were what we were looking for.
