Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Due to the covid pandemic, a majority of the workforce was shifted to work from home. Thus the requirement of meetings to be held online came up. We had to hold up to 3 meetings every day from 30 min to 2 hrs, with various departments for a variety of reasons. Therefore we were looking for a solution that could accommodate the request. Thus we started using Zoom meetings. It is extremely easy to set up a meeting request using their scheduling facility, and it gets linked to Outlook simultaneously .
The need to set up meetings for an audience of 100 + was solved with this tool. Also the whiteboard facility made explanations easier.

It is easy to use Zoom phone in case you cannot use your laptop due to unavoidable reasons. Easy to schedule on phone rather than the desktop app.
Zoom is user friendly and offers more features like video recording compared to teams.
Teams require the end user to have a office 365 account, whereas Zoom allows users to attend calls using their desktop plugin and doesn't really require app installation.
