Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Revenue Accelerator

We use Zoom Revenue Accelerator to analyze calls between sales and customers. It does a great job of both summarizing information with AI so we can focus on customer interactions instead of focusing on taking notes. It also does a great job identifying key metrics about the interaction that we use to train and assess customer engagement. Our managers can easily create success plans for their reports, and we can make data-driven decisions about our deals based off the information Revenue Accelerator is giving us.
  • Summarizing and separating the various conversation topics

  • Analyzes conversation, provides guidance on how to improve
  • It can be expensive if you don't use the full feature set properly
  • It could be more consistent at identifying callers in a conversation. Sometimes a two part conversation has 5 speakers in the summary.
  • The analytics take a while to understand. Could be more initially intuitive.
  • At least 10% better performance than we got with our previous competitor
  • Automatic next steps has ensured follow ups happen more regularly
Zoom Revenue Accelerator gives us better automatic metrics than Gong, better conversational parsing, and very valuable follow up data. We went with Revenue Accelerator so we could get those benefits and also simplify our tech stack by vertically integrating video calls with the conversational intelligence software. Previously in a Google Workspace + Gong system users would frequently get confused about where to find their data.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator is very useful in a sales-driven organization. Being able to gather data from previously unmeasurable calls can have a big impact on a company's performance. It is not as useful on internal calls where metrics aren't needed, nor would it be very useful in an organization that doesn't benefit from extracting data from their calls.
