Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Revenue Accelerator
We seek to record all meetings that happen with external invitees so that we can analyze and coach our team by using general metrics, transcriptions and summaries.
We are also using all this for Enablement and training purposes as we have the managers watch the recordings and together with the end-users and Enablement, create "Moments" (clips) of the most important parts of conversations: good objection handling, pitches, intros, set up of next steps, and so on.
Overall the tool works great and integrates well with systems such as Chili Piper and Salesforce. The data is solid and the translations work well as well although could be polished further as with any other translating software that has to translate like speech and stuff like "umm" and other live speech items.
In conclusion this is a tool that works quite well as an alternative to Gong or Chorus, it fits well in your Zoom ecosystem, and the integration with Salesforce is being improved quarter over quarter, with more logics and fields that can be pulled in to get more insight over time.

I mainly went with Zoom Revenue Accelerator because I wanted it to work very well, as natively as possible, with the Zoom ecosystem we have at my company.
We use Zoom for our meetings, and in some teams we also use Zoom Phone, which also works quite well with Zoom Revenue Accelerator to add up all those call analytics and such.
Some of the other tools I looked at have had more traction in the market, so going with a new tool as an early adopter is always a gamble, but I've been happy with the result so far in general.
It is important to make sure you also enable Zoom Revenue Accelerator to work well by having a clean Salesforce (if that is your CRM of choice) and a clean tech-stack for booking meetings and whatnot (such as Chili Piper) so that all the info flows well and is well orchestrated.
If you plan this well, it'll be a breeze.
