Likelihood to Recommend I believe my specific experience may not be reflective of the overall brand. Much of the material we covered was "basic 101" level concepts. So these courses might be better suited for newer, less experienced teams. Or more accurately, folks who might be newer to the workforce. There was mention that there are other courses which are more specially tailored to issues faced by individuals deeper into their careers, however I was not inspired enough after the first couple classes to consider them.
