Access Handisoft vs. SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The software is great and does what we need for our day-to-day accounting, but when it comes to our in-house IT, we seem to have issues with our internal server complementing our ability to work outside of the office on the software. Data has been lost, work time wasted twice.

SAP S/4HANA has covered everything in its domain like from database management till advance analysis and automation, It offers everything under single platform. Business with variety of local systems and machines can be integrated and automated using this sap cloud. It offers easy to use UI and its integration with other sap products is remarkable.

The technical support received by the ITT design teams and OS implementation team has been very useful in ensuring that the SAP ERP is well-tailored to our company's specific needs and operations. This coupled with the training materials, business process maps, and concept demos (sand-box demos) makes adoption easy on end-users.

Implementation was as expected. We had minor issues with our Z* transactions, but nothing special. Some tables were extended and needed regeneration. Overall satisfactions is good.

Because we work with a CPA as our Finance Manager, it is best to have the ability to track our workflow and progress, as well as our own Due Date Tracking in order to remind him. They use QuickBooks to document their business, but using Access allows us to easily manage our number to send to them for general use.

Just the fact that it saves all of the backups, and consolidates any data, basically SAP S/4HANA Cloud integrates with other SAP services which makes it a very versatile tool for our business. We don't have to worry about losing data when reporting isn't done in a reasonable timeframe for us.
