Brevo pricing is based on the number of email messages sent, rather than the number of contacts you keep in your account. Try Brevo with a free account and send up to 9,000 emails per month (300 emails per day). As your business grows, you can upgrade to a plan that meets your needs without breaking the bank! Send up to 40,000 emails per month for just $9 -- or send even more emails at great prices.
Text-Em-All offers a variety of pricing plans to cater to different user needs. The monthly plan starts at $19, with pricing based on group size, making it ideal for consistent senders who reach the same group(s) each month as often as needed. Plans provide access to the full range of Text-Em-All features, to ensure a comprehensive messaging experience. Additionally, the platform offers credits, or pay-as-you-go pricing model, with costs ranging from 5¢ to 9¢ per credit, suitable for users with occasional or high-volume messaging needs. To help potential customers evaluate the service, Text-Em-All offers a free account so users can evaluate and try the service with 25 free credits.
Mailchimp simply did not have all the features we were looking for, particularly with regard to list segmenting and automation. ActiveCampaign is more expensive, but it's a big step up for us. I think that Mailchimp is excellent for beginners and those who don't need all the …
ActiveCampaign feels like the professional, empowered and much more fully set up version of MailChimp. I was using MailChimp when I first started my business, but was then introduced to AC, and it's a million times better.
I used Mautic/Acquia for 4 years. It was more expensive for less features than ActiveCampaign. Also, I find ActiveCampaign is more intuitive and easier to use. The support system is more helpful. The pages are easy to navigate and the menu and submenus are well laid out. …
MailChimp, Mailer Lite, Constant Contact: ActiveCampaign is much better and much more versatile with automations, tags, and options for customizable lists and forms.
Salesforce is a beast! The learning involved to use the system is prohibitive. Mailerlite is limited in functionality but ConvertKit is a solid alternative. Both are easy to use but clunky to navigate, while ActiveCampaign is logical. Mailchimp is great for small businesses …
You'll be able to accomplish everything you need to with ActiveCampaign. A lot of these platforms distinguish themselves with bells and whistles. If a certain 'luxury' is important to you, then go with the platform that offers it. Generally speaking, they can all get the job …
It's simply intuitive! You know what to do and what you can do by just looking at it. So it goes very fast into a natural usage where You don't need to think too long. You can execute faster and build amazing funnels, because the functions are so easy and come with a great …
We selected Active Campaign several years ago due to its competitive cost and ability to integrate well with other software that we were using. With recent pricing changes, however, we will likely be shopping for alternatives.
In my opinion, not easy to use. Very limited in regards with features. I think the forms you integrate in webpages are ugly and not fully customizable. for almost the same price I have more features with ActiveCampaign.
I feel more confortable using ActiveCampaign since it is …
The level of sophistication and detail of the automations and segmentation is much higher with ActiveCampaign vs. Mailchimp resulting in much more targeted campaigns. Also, the user experience is so much more intuitive and easier to navigate with ActiveCampaign.
I don't like MailerLite and Flodesk because they only offer segments, no tags. I like to add many tags to my contacts depending on the products they purchase, and this gets too cluttered when there's only segments. They also don't have clear insights on the home page of people …
I used to use the free version of Mailchimp, but it did not allow me to construct automated email marketing campaigns the way I wanted to do it. So I decided to migrate all my list to ActiveCampaign. The migration process was easy enough. I am happy I did it.
I chose Brevo because of the price. Mailchimp has better integration with the other tools I use, but it's very expensive. I like that Brevo includes more features, and I also like that it doesn't feel like a monopoly; it seems more like an emerging company with authenticity. …
I selected Brevo for specific use cases involving entrepeneurs, the user experience is particularly easy to use and requires less training than the tools I mentioned above. It sufficiently meets their needs, which include but are not limited to: contact and pipeline …
Well, these other tools do the same thing, they contribute to email campaigns; however, we tried them and stopped using them because they are not at all simple, and we believe that Brevo is the simplest, most intuitive, and most effective tool that exists for this type of …
On the outbound campaign side, Brevo is pretty no-frills, but it's more than good enough if you want to be out of the Intuit ecosystem and don't want to fuss with Constant Contact's legacy vibe.
Brevo is superlative email with marketing tacked on rather than vice versa. If you …
Brevo gives me the perfect balance of bang and the buck. Its really powerful, but it is good on cost. MailChimp was too costly for me, and tools like SendPulse were cheap but lacked the analytics and reports that I desire. SendGrid was decent but often had reliability issues …
I have been using Mailchimp for many years, and honestly, it works well but I wanted to switch to see other options out of curiosity. Brevo seems much faster and more intuitive to me. What I value most about Brevo is the support service. I had a question, and they resolved it …
Mailchimp's pricing is based on the number of contacts and quickly gets very expensive. We dropped our spending budget by two just by switching to Brevo.
Favourite preference is Brevo, the others did not work out that much. Either the free version does not support our needs, or it was too much work/effort to set up. So far we are happy with Brevo, using it for more than a year, sending out one email/month. For small ones, like …
Forms are better, integrated better with my WordPress plugin and the form design has more features. Brevo was recommended to me by an agency and when I first tried to create the forms I needed for landing pages in it, it proved better, more efficient and with more features than …
Brevo is very close in functionality to Mailchimp and closely familiar. When looking for a new provider I was able to trial Brevo very quickly due to being closely formatted in a similar way making the transition and decision to switch much easlier.
We used Sense before Text-Em-All, and they were very pricey. We heard about Text-Em-All through Avionte and signed up after the introduction. We are delighted with Text-Em-All.
We used Synergy two years ago for a one-off text campaign for our EOY Fund, but it was managed by our direct mail partner at the time. We prefer working with TEA because we can import and export the information ourselves and the pricing is affordable.
Text-Em-All was the first and only choice. Prior to coming on board we were using a messaging system that was geared towards educational systems and it did not work nearly as efficiently has Text-Em-All has worked. The ease of use made it the decision to move to Text-Em-All easy.
Our last provider was costly for what we needed. We need the ability to text, and that's it. The sense was challenging to navigate; I had to sign a one-year contract and pay thousands upfront. Text-em-all has been the best thing.
It's great. I did not like our old solution and thoroughly appreciate Text-Em-All. Text-Em-All is a solution that we can be proud of and the reporting is terrific so we can be sure that the dollars that we are spending are being allocated in a smart way. We also can know if …
Text-Em-All allows us to add and subtract folks from our contact list easily, where Textedly only has the option of static contact lists where once someone is removed from the list they cannot be put back onto the list without jumping through hoops.
It’s been over a year since we reviewed solutions, I don’t recall the competitors we looked at. But none of them had the features we were looking for at the price point we needed as a non-profit.
We have only used Text-Em-All, but have liked it so much we have stayed with it. We have another program that could potentially be used in this way, but Text-Em-All is more cost-effective, allowing you to add funds as needed instead of monthly charges.
Text-em-all was a recommendation from a mutual customer. The integration with CRM can be better (writeback capabilities) that automatically enter in notes within our CRM system. This is a glaring issue that will be a major win.
My facility has not utilized another platform like this, and at this time we do not feel the need to even look elsewhere. We have been so pleased with our experience with Text Em' all. We do not think that we could find another product that is as easy to use, and is as …
I've been using ActiveCampaign since around 2018-2019 and I've always been satisfied with the software. It's simple to use, connects with the other tools I use and makes it easy for me to duplicate automations, email templates and workflows as I need to. On top of that, any time I've had an issue (which I think is around twice in the past 5/6 years), the customer service has always been super helpful and my issue has been resolved quickly.
I wanted to pull a publication from MailChimp and park it elsewhere. Brevo was a bit of a pain to set up, but after I invested the onboarding time, it's been a cost-effective way to produce this newsletter. I would encourage someone to build in the time with both templates and editor. After that, using Brevo is as easy as using other services.
We have found them to be very good for immediate communication of a brief message to a large number of people at once. Thus, it works perfectly for a neighborhood association. It may not be suitable for longer messages or situations with excessive notifications.
The email designing part could be easier to use. There are certain simple shortcuts that don't work, for example, adding links is more complicated than it should be, moving blocks around is hard, etc.
There's no good way to filter by 'active' and 'inactive' subscribers when editing en-mass.
not easy to move/duplicate sections. much easier to just drag and drop. still working this out.
don't like the logo or text included with the newsletter sign up form. have now upgraded, but think this should not be included for lower pricing plans
not getting issues completely answered by support team. currently have an issue with email sign up not working on mobile. have been told it is not working, but not given any suggestions on how to fix this.
have had unusual issue come up with a link. On 2 separate occasions, with 2 separate newsletters that went out, and 2 different images/articles/links, the link was wrong. Even though we checked it, previewed it and sent test email before we sent out these newsletters and these links were correct. It is the section at the bottom of our current newsletter. On both these occasions, when the customer has forwarded the email they received to us, the link was was to an old link - and it was the same old link on both occasions. We have asked for this to be looked into and are waiting on reply. We are going to try to delete this section this week and re-create. It is not a good look for us.
We have another issue with how our newsletter is previewing in Outlook. The images and the text are not lining up - not on every section, but on 2 sections out of the 5 sections. Also, the Read Full Article text in the button is not showing properly. Again, not a professional look for us which we are not happy with.
My initial concern was regarding the "opt out" feature. I work with the senior population, and many of whom are not that tech-savvy. I have a couple of residents who had unintentionally opted out of messages thinking it was an individual message they were skipping. I would suggest that there be a clarifying question when a user chooses to opt out; it should default to opting out of a single message and survey the user to see if they would like to opt out of receiving additional messages. My residents were wondering why they were missing information and why I hadn't informed them of important dates and events.
I am committed at the moment. Rebuilding the automations I have would be a huge time drain. Plus the cost of learning a new system and the risk to deliverability of porting a 6,000 person list to a new platform. Also, AC offers everything I need ast a reasonable (but a little high) price. So, why not a 10? Because, early 2023, AC dropped a massive 2x price hike on long-term customers. They knew few would shift, so this feels like a cynical cash grab and left a bad taste, If they do something like this again, this camel will have a broken back.
Text-Em-All is a great way to get messages to our associates versus posting on a memo board and hoping they see it. Very efficient. I would recommend this great tool to companies big or small as a form of business related communications. The only thing I would change is the ability to use more characters in the messages. And it would be a plus if you can translate to different languages in the app.
ActiveCampaign has been the easiest marketing automation software we have ever used. They provide tips throughout the entire process of anything you are building. Their support team through LIVE CHAT has been extremely fast and helpful. The monthly meetings provided with the enablement team has helped us through several large and urgent needs.
It's okay, it's easy to use, has good features, and good automation options, but it lacks better delivery support. Many messages end up in spam, even though I have a dedicated IP address that I pay for separately, and I think it needs more design options to make emails stand out, especially in terms of typography. That's why I'm not giving it a 10. It also lacks integration with other tools.
It's fantastic. In general, it's a 10. But I give it a 7 because of the way I know it can improve. I save my workers' names in lists...and I have only the first and last name fields to classify them. I grade my workers based on their experiences and based on their jobs; so I use the last name field to group them. This could be easier by you adding another field.
I haven't experienced application errors or unplanned outages at all. Active Campaign is ultra reliable and I would not be using them if that were the case. Also, the helpful emails they send are welcomed and informative, and present very practical tips and guidance for using the platform. They're always demonstrating new features and I'm thankful for that.
Oh my gosh, Active Campaign's performance gets an A+++ in my book. The pages load quickly and so do the reports. I haven't noticed any slowdowns when it's integrating with other programs and it performs excellently on all levels.
Everything loads very quickly, it saves as you go along so you're unlikely to loose work if your computer fails. Reports are there immediately too so you're able to act quickly on customer engagement.
This might be the best part. The chat support lady offered to make a video to help me solve my problem. I worked in customer service for years and I've never done that, lol. So, if they're offering things like that, I can only imagine that they'd be able to handle most any issue you throw at them.
These people helped me identify errors when setting up DKIM and were more than helpful in trying to diagnose low open rates with a few campaigns identifying where improvement can be made and how to more effectively manage contact lists. The support is excellent.
There have been few times over the last 18 years that I have had to make changes to our billing or deal with particular tech questions and I have never had any issues with their response time or ability to be helpful once the issues were communicated
Very satisfied with our implementation in our professional medical practice, allowing us to be on top of client service, and not miss out on crucial information and insights. Marketing is often neglected in professional practices and ActiveCampaign solved this problem with aplomb.
This was the best way we were able to reach out to everyone we wanted to, being that there were some not tech-sabi elderly people. This was a better way for them to be able to get the information they needed.
I transitioned from Mailchimp to ActiveCampaign because it was so much more user friendly and allowed me to do a lot more in regards to lead magnets than Mailchimp can. For example, ActiveCampaign allows users to sign up for a lead magnet as many times as they like to keep receiving it (in case they've lost or deleted the email with access to the lead magnet). Mailchimp was unable to do this. And the categorization of users and the trigger email sequencing was a lot easier in ActiveCampaign.
Well, these other tools do the same thing, they contribute to email campaigns; however, we tried them and stopped using them because they are not at all simple, and we believe that Brevo is the simplest, most intuitive, and most effective tool that exists for this type of strategy, so we decided to stick with it.
Our last provider was costly for what we needed. We need the ability to text, and that's it. The sense was challenging to navigate; I had to sign a one-year contract and pay thousands upfront. Text-em-all has been the best thing.
My web designer told me about Active Campaign and although I don't recall which platform I had before, I LOVE Active Campaign and its user friendliness. The transition was seamless and I've never had a problem with functionality or server failure.
Active Campaign provides so many features, and makes it easy for non-techies to maneuver around the site with ease. They capture information and put it in an easy-to-read format.
At this point, I don't think I'd ever use any other platform!
100% of the company received reliable information at the same time for the first time without having to hold a “town hall” which used to cause all work to stop for at least 15-20 mins.
Because work no longer has to stop for verbal communication announcements, 7.5 hours total of work is saved for every message sent.
