Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I started using Call-Em-All, then named Text-Em-All, in 2008! I was a 'best comedy' winner around 2009 or so in a contest telling why I love/use/recommend you guys. Here's the deal: I used to make tons of phone calls to announce job shifts for my chef staffing company. Tons of calls a day, until my co-worker, who also works at a church, said "This is what we use for prayer chain calls"... She set it up for me and BAM! My work life was changed forever. In our busy season I can literally pre-schedule and send out 300 calls to go out over a period of an hour and sit back and watch the dashboard as our on-call staff reply with their interest to fill job assignments. I like that I can pay for credits as I go instead of a monthly fee, so it works for me. And when you added TEXT, well, it just moved me right forward with how technology is progressing and helped me keep pace with my growing business. I've priced out this service with other providers and this one fits my needs best year over year.
  • Pre-scheduling calls
  • Selecting recipients and making lists of contacts
  • Dashboard shows me results
  • Better labels for my contacts; be able to classify my individuals by job title (I have to wing it now by altering their last names)
  • Suggest some texts I could send out periodically
  • Less cost, because I don't text back within this software - too expensive to carry on a text thread with my employees
  • Texting-broadcasting
  • The dashboard to show us responses
  • Lists of contacts (though this should be better)
  • Huge time saver; less aggravation from the time consuming nature of getting people to take gigs
  • Huge money save; less payroll for an office manager who's calling to get people to take gigs
  • We can send out general messages to our staff that are helpful (e.g. covid alerts, remember to update your address before we send your tax doc, etc.)
The impact Text-Em-All has is that we've been able to optimize staff communications, fill jobs and shifts, and use mass texting to reach teams on jobs.
Pricing is better with pay as you go. Also, we're already a customer, so if it's a tie, we might as well stay and make our lives easier than transitioning to a new service. I don't have any other particular reason for staying other than that I've been quite happy for all these years, since 2008.

Did implementation of Text-Em-All go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Text-Em-All again?

Yes

Best use of my time in my office. A real game-changer. Ease of setting up. Ease of pay-as-you-go pricing.
This just changed how our office works.
With pre-scheduling, I can work at night and set texts to go out in the morning - superb!
I have a staffing company and need to fill shifts when I secure gigs; so I use Text-Em-All to announce shifts and they reply 'YES' to fill them!

Using Text-Em-All

It's fantastic. In general, it's a 10. But I give it a 7 because of the way I know it can improve.
I save my workers' names in lists...and I have only the first and last name fields to classify them.
I grade my workers based on their experiences and based on their jobs; so I use the last name field to group them.
This could be easier by you adding another field.
