Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All allows for excellent communication within our organization. The almost instantaneous ability to get out a message regarding changes of plans or to promote an event allows our church members to be updated on the life of our church. I have used their services in congregations from North Carolina, to Louisiana, to California, and currently in Texas. In each situation, the response from those receiving the messages has been overwhelmingly positive.

There have been few times over the last 18 years that I have had to make changes to our billing or deal with particular tech questions and I have never had any issues with their response time or ability to be helpful once the issues were communicated.
We are able to communicate directly to either our entire congregation, employees or any combination of those, with a clear, consistent message to reduce communication challenges and ensure that critical information is received. The reporting capability of their service allows accountability so that message can be assessed to see who received the message and how they received it.

I have recommended Text-Em-All to numerous other pastors and congregations through the years. In a world where communication is not optional, the ability to quickly deliver a message to your organization through both voice and text is critical. Additionally, Text-Em-All gives their customers the ability to conduct a survey of those included in the communication to access near instant feedback. This has been so important in those instances when a schedule has had to be adjusted at the last minute to determine the best options to serve our people as effectively as possible.
