It has allowed us to eliminate paper based documentation for meetings, and provides meeting members instant access to documents and meeting information that can be updated by staff, as required instead of continually reprinting information. Cons	Bigtincan There is some functionality that is missing when it comes to being able to utilize file level detail. The structure is based on a folder level organization so there is no way to tag specific files. Their reporting capabilities are not super user friendly but this is made up by the customer success team.
