Likelihood to Recommend Well suited for general compliance, multiple initiatives, and integration with TeamMate. SAP GRC Process control may be better suited for an SAP environment. Oracle GRC may be better suited for an Oracle environment. Overall, BWise is a very cost effective, and flexible solution.
Read full review If you have a fully customized cms and have people working on the site with html and css knowledge this is the best tool ever, all specifics can be checked. Using ab tests and optimization services we identify best practices of the website and everywhere the best practices aren't implemented we find using the custom checkpoints. Aspects that cannot be automated via a quick IT solution is turned into a checkpoint and that's great!
Read full review Pros Great reporting tool (uses SAP Business Objects). It is quite flexible on types of reports that can be created and supported. Also the reporting consultants are very competent and nice. Highly customizable solution: almost everything can be tailored to an organization's needs, assessments, audits, issues, recommendations, tasks, etc. However, there's a trade-off between customization and the integration of different areas of the organization. Increases visibility and efficiency in the organization. BWise offers centralized repositories (catalogs) that can be easily accessed and used by everyone in the organization (e.g. Process catalog, Policies and Procedures catalog, Risks, Controls, Laws catalogs, etc.). Also, the application allows findings on controls tested by Audit to be automatically reflected in controls monitored by SOX for example, without the need for SOX to retest them. So one area can leverage on the work of other areas increasing operational efficiency. Increases integration and avoids silos. By choosing the correct design (e.g. Risk Workshops instead of Open Assessments), one area can see and benefit from another areas' work. An example was mentioned above; another would be Operational Risk area considering the results of Business Continuity, Vendor Management, Info Security, etc. assessments when carrying out theirs. Additionally, processes can be integrated: when contracting a new vendor for instance, one can include questions about data confidentiality and usage of models in the Vendor risk assessment. Answers to these could then trigger Info Sec / Model Risk assessments. Increases accountability. Application provides full audit/change log with the type of change, name of executor, and date of change. Easier follow-up. Read full review It would be helpful if the Issues page under Website showed the WCAG level for each issue (A, AA, AAA). You currently have to look up the guideline to find the level. There is no indicator that a page is currently being scanned. During a website scan, some of the reports are blank or missing information. Having a notification on the main page showing which websites are being scanned would be helpful. Some ADA compliance items are left off, such as keyboard navigation, tabbing, etc. It doesn't view the websites on mobile devices or if using a screen reader. Some pages or formatting changes depending on resolution. The DQM, from what I have seen, doesn't account for that. However, once I was up to speed, I like it better than any of the other tools and find the data more useful, digestible, and relevant.

Yext tool because it has a good set of functions that can be managed from content to customer experiences, it is fascinating to be able to track all user interactions through users, in the same way as in Crownpeak that allows all users to create digital experiences.

Read full review When driving Customer Care, it was great to be able to add the Autofix tool to the web estate - a quick-win that really drives the accessibility agenda. Building reports off the back of DQM gives senior stakeholders an understanding of the importance of usability and accessibility. The gamification of league tables highlights to stakeholders the areas that need focus and budget in order to improve.
