In Ceipal ATS, we can find out all those features, and it is very useful for finding candidates. We can track the candidates easily and post the jobs. Also, we can find out all those visa holders' resumes and people who are looking for job opportunities. We can have their contact details as well. Through bulk mail, candidates can send over their updated resumes, and we can speak to them and track them.
Read full review If their HRIS system holds all their data - employees, supervisors, positions then HealthcareSource can really take advantage of that data and save you a lot of time. We looked at a lot of systems and one of our needs was both Applicant Tracking and Performance Management and these systems work very well together. Other systems we looked at didn't have all our most needed features - we needed a vendor that could do both, integrate with our HRIS, report back data in a customizable fashion, and be user friendly. Some systems listed the features but during the demo and product reference calls we found they didn't perform as advertised. Some had reporting but the reporting was missing key data or didn't export in a data friendly manner. We have found HealthcareSource to be not only "pretty" - aka user friendly/non-cluttered but also had the engine under the hood as well that met our data analyst needs.

Healthcare source did a great job providing excellent customer service to our HR and IT professionals working behind the scenes to help us maximize the programs potential at our organization. They did not limit us to any standard uses or prohibit us from reaching our internal goals. Some examples include specialized reports, data uploads of employee data and time frames for our annual reviews. They provided us with training and retraining and more training on using the system. This included training new members of our team when we had turnover in HR and inviting us to conferences and webcasts regularly. The presentation of the software was very appealing and that may seem small but it really helps appeal to the employees that use it for their reviews. I don't think there is an improvement needed because, compared to other ATS, Ceipal is the best one. I have been using it for more than 6 years. If you still want improvement, please don't migrate the resume without including email and phone details, as it causes issues when trying to open it in Ceipal. We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.
Read full review Looking back we can say that every year we used Performance Manager and other products too like HeathcareSource's Compensation and Position Manager we saw the ease of use for employees and HR staff members increase, we saw employees getting more comfortable with the product and HR Staff getting better at expressing their needs to the HealthcareSource team and this made us want to stay with the same company, when things are getting better each year we know we are in the right place.

Ceipal occurs extra data for easy to interface and reduce manual effort by automating high-volume tasks. Its magnitudes more radius profiles for finishing the tasks with more efficient. According to this requirements we gives full efforts to reflecting our source through all perfections regarding good fast moving process with efficient.

In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.

I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.

I would rate myself a 5 out of 10 in coding. While I have a basic understanding of coding languages like Java and Python, I am still learning and honing my skills. However, I am eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to improve my coding abilities.
Read full review On the previous rating scale, I kept thinking "it depends". If I know it's an easy question or easy fix, the response is super fast. If I know I am asking something complex, custom or I just know it's not going to be able to be answered by 1st tier, it can take some time. I have worked on these issues with them (they are all very nice) I do now have avenues for finding things out from one person. We had one issue where we had a major problem and it required a software patch and their support team worked throughout the weekend to create, QA, and deliver the patch as promised. I was very impressed

I would recommend 10/10. However i did not get online training from the Ceipal. I was involved in in-person training in my organization as well. Read full review Both Health Stream and Healthcare Source have to-do lists, completion lists, and tracking. However, the functionality of Healthcare Source is far superior to HealthStream. The notifications are much better and helpful. The tracking on Healthcare Source is easy to use and see. Overall the interface in Healthcare Source is more intuitive.

Pricing model was very flexible with Ciepal and when we agreed we already knew that we are going to renew it for more than 5 years now. It was flexible and we had to make sure that there is no breach in between. we are using the services for more than 2 years now so I think I made the right decision.

I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.

Ceipal Professional Service is also an elite service provided by Ceipal for its premium vendors. It's just like an upgrade system one can avail of if they want to pay more and have more features added to their current system. We did not use this service so I don't have much to say about this, but maybe in future we will require it.

Now nurses can take courses on NetLearning and have it track their hours. On a compliance standpoint, NetLearning has benefited us when we are being audited and we have to show what trainings or classes an employee has made.
