Prior to using CommentSold I was manually invoicing customers which took up time (and caused a lot of paperwork). Commentsold has saved me a TON of time. I also really like the waitlist feature. When items are restocked we often get sales without having to do anything. Like I mentioned before, I do wish that CommentSold synced with Shopify a little more seamlessly. There are some things that take more time to do because I have to do it on Shopify and CommentSold (like rearranging product photos, assigning items to collections etc)

I think Youtube shopping goes well with popular beauty vloggers who review the products, while it is less helpful for service-oriented YouTubers like course providers. If they can list out their courses, then it could be awesome. Youtube Shopping is overall very helpful for both business owners and customers because business owners get loyal customers while customers can easily purchase the products without any further clarification or searching.

  • We also use Shopify and I wish that CommentSold integrated with it a little better. For example, I wish gift cards worked both places. And I wish the collections synced.
  • We sometimes have issues getting our lives to work on Instagram
  • Customer service is good but I wish they still had the programs where we worked directly with CommentSold reps to help build our business

We use CommentSold AND Shopify. We would prefer to use only one but each has different features that we can't let go of. If CommentSold improved their in-store check out and website personalization options, we would consider dropping Shopify
